Can I start with a small custom order?
Yes. Many standard products can start from 5 pieces per design. Minimum quantities vary by product, material, and special finishing.
Can I request a mockup or physical sample first?
Yes. We can check artwork placement with a digital mockup, and physical samples are available when you need to review materials, colors, size, or finishing before bulk production.
How is my artwork handled?
Your files are used to evaluate and produce your project. Please tell us if the artwork or project requires additional confidentiality arrangements.
Which artwork file formats are suitable?
PSD, AI, PDF, and high-resolution PNG files are commonly used. Layered or vector files are preferred when positioning, sizing, or separate print panels need adjustment.
