Can I see a mockup or order a physical sample first?
Yes. We can provide digital mockup previews before full production. Paid sample orders are also available to inspect sublimation print accuracy, fabric textures, and hidden zipper details.

Can I print different artwork on each side of a dakimakura cover?
Yes. Custom dakimakura covers can use different full-color artwork on the front and back. Submit both layouts clearly and we will confirm the orientation before production.
Are the dakimakura products filled or supplied as covers only?
Our custom dakimakura products are supplied as unfilled covers only. Shipping covers only significantly reduces your bulk storage volume and international logistics costs.
What artwork file specifications do you accept?
We recommend high-resolution design assets in PSD, AI, PNG, PDF, or high-quality JPG formats. Layered design files or clearly separated front and back layouts are preferred for accurate production.
How long does custom pillow production take?
Production time depends on quantity, fabric availability and the current workshop schedule. We confirm the estimated timeline before production.
Do you ship custom dakimakura orders worldwide?
Yes. We provide comprehensive worldwide shipping networks and will recommend the most cost-effective express or ocean freight delivery lines based on your destination country and weight.
