Yes. PSD or AI templates are available for supported products. These templates help you position your artwork correctly and prepare the required bleed area.

We recommend high-resolution PSD, AI, PNG or PDF files. Transparent PNG files or layered PSD and AI files are preferred. JPG files may also be accepted when the resolution is high enough for printing.

Customer artwork is kept confidential and used only for the approved custom order. We do not sell, share or reuse customer designs without permission.

Yes. We can provide a free digital mockup to show the artwork position and overall product appearance before production. The mockup must be confirmed before we proceed.

Yes. Physical samples are available before bulk production so you can check printing, colors, materials, sizing and workmanship. A sample fee may be charged upfront. For eligible bulk orders, the sample fee will be credited toward the final order amount. Sample shipping is quoted separately.

We use suitable printing methods such as sublimation, heat transfer and digital printing according to the product and material. The prints are designed for good durability under normal use and proper care. Because screen colors and printed materials can differ slightly, we recommend ordering a sample when exact color matching is important.
