Thank you for shopping with Animepa (Ecai Print). We specialize in custom made-to-order anime & gaming merch (No MOQ). Please read our shipping policy below.

1) Processing & Production Time

Because most items are custom-made, we need time to produce your order after the artwork is confirmed.

Mockup/Artwork proof: 1–3 business days (after we receive your file & requirements)

Production time (after approval): typically 3–10 business days depending on product type, quantity, and season

For urgent orders, please contact us before purchasing.

2) Estimated Shipping Time (After Shipment)

Shipping time may vary by destination and customs clearance:

United States / Canada: 6–15 business days

Europe (e.g., Germany): 7–18 business days

Australia / New Zealand: 7–18 business days

Japan / Korea: 5–12 business days

Other regions: 8–25 business days

Note: These are estimates, not guarantees.

3) Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship via reliable carriers such as UPS / DHL / FedEx / YunExpress / 4PX / local postal partners (depending on package size & destination).

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

4) Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (or quoted by our team for custom orders).
For bulk/custom projects, we may ship in multiple packages to ensure safe delivery.

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local customs office.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6) Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If you need to change the address, contact us within 12 hours after payment.

Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

7) Delays & Force Majeure

Delays can occur due to peak seasons, weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

8) Lost / Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the latest tracking update) with:

We will assist you with a replacement or solution based on the case.
